Initially, I listed the house vacant; however, I quickly realized buyers were struggling to visualize themselves in the space. It was a perfect starter home, but it needed a refresh. BJ and Nichole were thorough, creative, and organized in their design approach. As a result, the online viewings tripled as soon as the updated pictures went live and I saw more buyer agents scheduling showings. The house had a completely different vibe and buyers were loving it!

At the consultation, they worked alongside me, took my lead and made suggestions and in the end provided the seller with a room by room itemized list accompanied with pictures of everything he needed to move out of the house. The seller was extremely thrilled to have this list to refer to. They not only completed the installation precisely as discussed, but they came back the day of pictures to make sure the house was ready and even helped clean last minute items that were missed. This company is a 5-star in my book and I will use them again and again! They truly go above and beyond!
